American Airlines issued this poster for the 1964–65 New York World's Fair in Flushing Meadows, Queens. Against a dark sky, stylized skyscrapers frame the Unisphere, the twelve-story stainless-steel globe built as the symbol of the fair and its theme, "Peace Through Understanding." Dealer records credit the design to Henry Benscathy (1909–1996). The Unisphere still stands in Flushing Meadows–Corona Park, near the tennis center that hosts the U.S. Open, one of the best-loved survivors of the fair.
The Gildan 2000, made with 100% U.S. cotton and the latest breakthrough in soft cotton technology, the Gildan Ultra Cotton family has been remastered for improved printability, quality, and comfort you can see and feel.
