Two red arrows announce "Tampa Non Stop" and "Denver Non Stop" on this Arrow Air sticker, which lists the airline's Gatwick telephone and telex numbers beside its sweeping blue name. Arrow Air was founded in 1981 by George E. Batchelor and began scheduled passenger service in April 1982 from its Miami base. The 1983 Official Airline Guide shows it flying stretched Super DC-8s nonstop between London Gatwick and both Denver and Tampa, the exact routes this little label was printed to sell.
