This is not an airline label but a tribute to an aircraft: a white Douglas DC-3 bursting out of a black disc lettered DC-3/Dakota. The DC-3 first flew on 17 December 1935 in Santa Monica, California, and went on to carry airlines and air forces around the world. Dakota was the name the type carried in military service with forces such as the Royal Canadian Air Force, which designated it the CC-129 Dakota. Enthusiasts still affectionately call it the Gooney Bird or simply the Dak.
The Gildan 2000, made with 100% U.S. cotton and the latest breakthrough in soft cotton technology, the Gildan Ultra Cotton family has been remastered for improved printability, quality, and comfort you can see and feel.
