An Edelweiss Airbus A320 crosses a sunny yellow band on this oval sticker, its red tail marked with the white edelweiss flower and the airline's name repeated across the fuselage and above in blue. Edelweiss Air was founded in October 1995 near Zurich with a single MD-83, and Airbus A320s replaced the MD-83s in 1998. Once owned by the Kuoni travel group, the Swiss leisure airline became a sister company of Swiss International Air Lines and part of the Lufthansa Group.
