This slim white sticker carries the EVA AIR name in bold green, the Chinese characters of the airline's name beneath it, and the tail emblem of a globe set in a green fin with an orange stripe. EVA Airways was established in March 1989 as an affiliate of Taiwan's Evergreen Group, the shipping conglomerate, and began flying on 1 July 1991 with three Boeing 767-300ERs. Its green and orange livery became a familiar sight at its Taoyuan hub near Taipei. Airlines once gave stickers like this to passengers to put on their luggage.
