Airlines gave stickers like this to passengers to decorate their suitcases. Iberia was incorporated in June 1927 by financier Horacio Echevarrieta and Deutsche Luft Hansa, and was nationalised in 1944. Still Spain's flag carrier, it flies from its Madrid-Barajas hub and since 2011 has been part of International Airlines Group alongside British Airways.
