A three-bladed propeller spins inside red, white and blue swirls, the colors of the Norwegian flag, on this sticker from the Norsk Metropolitan Klubb. The club was a foundation set up in the late 1980s by aviation enthusiasts at Sola, near Stavanger, to keep a Convair 440 Metropolitan flying. They bought the aircraft, LN-KLK, from Nor-Fly Charter; it had first been delivered to SAS in 1956 and is now part of the Flyhistorisk Museum at Sola. A badge of devotion to a classic propliner.
