A bright red disc announces "First Class" in English and Arabic, crowned by the airline's emblem and signed with the Saudia name below. The carrier was founded in 1945 as Saudi Arabian Airlines and changed its name to Saudia on 1 April 1972; it returned to the full Saudi Arabian Airlines name in 1996 before adopting Saudia again in 2012. Its main hub is King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah.
