Inside a silver oval, a SriLankan Airlines Airbus A340-300 shows off its white fuselage and the colourful peacock design on its tail, with the airline name above and the A340-300 mark below. The carrier was founded in 1979 as Air Lanka, flying from Bandaranaike International Airport near Colombo, and took the SriLankan Airlines name in 1999. It introduced the four-engine A340-300 in 1994 and retired its last one on 7 January 2016, so this sticker honours a long-serving flagship.
