A clean white anniversary sticker celebrating 45 years of TAP Air Portugal, 1945 to 1990, with a big green 45, the words Anos and Years in Portuguese and English, the red-and-green TAP logo and a tiny jet tracing across the top corner. Transportes Aereos Portugueses was founded on 14 March 1945, and its first commercial flight, from Lisbon to Madrid on a Douglas DC-3, carried 11 passengers on 19 September 1946. The name TAP Air Portugal was adopted in 1979.
