Air Florida was formed in 1972 and expanded fast after deregulation; in late 1981 it added Chicago and four other Great Lakes cities to its network, linking the Midwest with the Florida sun. Airlines handed out stickers like this to passengers to put on their luggage. The airline went bankrupt in July 1984.
