An Airbus A340-200 in Air Tahiti Nui's turquoise-blue livery, with the white tiare flower on its tail, fills the white window of this grey-framed sticker, the Airbus logo and type name printed below. Air Tahiti Nui was established on 31 October 1996 and began flying on 20 November 1998 from Faa'a International Airport in Papeete. Its fleet included a single A340-200, in service from 1998 to 2003, which places this sticker in the airline's earliest years. The tiare has been the carrier's emblem from the start.
