A small jet with a red Swiss tail flies above the bold, striped red BALAIR logotype on this white sticker. Balair took its name from the airline Balz Zimmermann founded in Basel in 1925, and the later Balair, formed in 1953, became a charter specialist with Swissair as a major shareholder from 1959. In 1993 it merged with CTA to form BalairCTA, and the Balair name returned for a time in 1997 as a Swissair subsidiary. It is a clean, confident piece of Swiss airline graphics.
