A dancer spins in a swirling orange skirt in this 1956 BOAC poster inviting travelers to "The Caribbean - Fly there by BOAC." The artist is not recorded. In the 1950s BOAC posters often carried the names of its partner airlines along the bottom, and the Caribbean was a natural market for the British state carrier: its subsidiary British West Indian Airways, which became part of the BOAC group in 1949, linked the islands while BOAC flew the long sectors from London. The design trades maps and aircraft for pure movement and color.
The Gildan 2000, made with 100% U.S. cotton and the latest breakthrough in soft cotton technology, the Gildan Ultra Cotton family has been remastered for improved printability, quality, and comfort you can see and feel.
