A cartoon gaucho strums his guitar on a cream ground in this Braniff International Airways poster for Argentina, part of the airline's cheerful 1950s series of illustrated South American destinations. The artist is not recorded. Braniff took the name Braniff International Airways in 1948, when it began flying from Texas through Havana and Panama down the west coast of South America, and its route reached Buenos Aires in May 1950. Posters like this one sold the new destinations with humor and local color rather than airplanes.
The Gildan 2000, made with 100% U.S. cotton and the latest breakthrough in soft cotton technology, the Gildan Ultra Cotton family has been remastered for improved printability, quality, and comfort you can see and feel.
