Split into red and deep blue halves, this round label celebrates Braniff's 30th anniversary, with a white diamond carrying a large '30' and a small aircraft, above 'Braniff International Airways' in white lettering. Braniff counted its start from 1928, when Tom and Paul Braniff began flights between Oklahoma City and Tulsa with a single Stinson Detroiter, so thirty years on places this design around 1958. By then the airline was flying from Texas to South America under the Braniff International Airways name, a network it had opened in 1948.
