Braniff was a Texas airline through and through. In 1958 it opened new general offices at Exchange Park in Dallas, within sight of Love Field, and a maintenance and operations base on the east side of the field. Around the time this poster appeared, Braniff was entering the jet age with the Boeing 707-227, a variant no other airline ordered, and it added Boeing 720s in the early 1960s. The artist is not recorded.
