A dancer in red moves against a deep navy ground as a jet climbs past in this BWIA poster, "St. Lucia - Sunjet your way on BWIA." The artist is not recorded. British West Indian Airways, founded in Trinidad in 1939 and later part of the BOAC group, marketed its Boeing 727s as "Sunjets" when they entered service in 1964, so the design belongs to the mid-1960s or later. BWIA served St. Lucia on its island routes, and timetables of the late 1960s show New York flights stopping there on the way to Port of Spain.
