This long cream strip spells out Cameroon Airlines in rounded red letters, broken in the middle by the carrier's emblem: a green bird in flight inside a red ring topped with a small star. Cameroon Airlines was the country's first national flag carrier, based at Douala International Airport. It flew until it ceased operations in March 2008, after which its role as Cameroon's flag carrier passed to Camair-Co.
