Styled like a red rubber stamp, the words Cathay Cargo Cares are slapped across this cream sticker, beside green Cathay Pacific stripes and a small The Swire Group credit in the corner. Swire became a key shareholder in the Hong Kong airline in 1948, two years after its founding. Cargo has long been central to Cathay: it introduced a cargo booking system in 1964 and put its first dedicated freighter, a converted Boeing 707, into service in 1976.
