Two green panels, each topped with the Challenge name and a small swept-wing mark, provide ruled lines labelled in Spanish and English: Nombre/Name, Dirección/Address, Ciudad/City and País/Country. The Challenge name belonged to a family of Miami-based carriers: Challenge Air International began passenger flights from Miami to Central America in 1985, while Challenge Air Cargo served Latin America until 2001, when UPS bought its name and routes. Which of them issued this label is not recorded.
