A small blue-ringed roundel carries a bold '75' above the red ČSA logo, with the years 1923-1998 printed beneath, marking the airline's three-quarter-century anniversary. ČSA was founded by the Czechoslovak government on 6 October 1923 as Československé státní aerolinie, and its first transport flight linked Prague and Bratislava later that same month. The carrier adopted the Czech Airlines name in 1995, flew from Prague under the code OK, and operated its last scheduled flight on 26 October 2024.
