Bold white letters DAT, flanked by speed lines, sit on a bright blue panel above the words Belgian regional airline. DAT, short for Delta Air Transport, was founded in Antwerp in 1966 and began scheduled flights in 1967. Sabena took a stake in 1986 and full ownership in 1996, the year the carrier was rebranded DAT Belgian Regional Airline, which dates this design to 1996 or later. After Sabena collapsed in 2001, DAT's operations carried on as SN Brussels Airlines and were absorbed into Brussels Airlines in 2007.
