Made for the airline's youngest travellers, this white Finnair strip pairs the blue roundel and FINNAIR wordmark with the words 'Junior Club' in blue capitals. Airlines handed out stickers like this so passengers, young ones included, could decorate their luggage. Finnair began in 1923 as Aero O/Y, founded by consul Bruno Lucander, and took the name Finnair in 1953. By the 1980s it was flying DC-10s nonstop from Helsinki to Tokyo.
