In 1984 Delta Air Lines launched the Delta Connection, a network of independent regional carriers that fed passengers from smaller cities into Delta's hubs under shared marketing. This poster from that year introduces the idea with a simple, appealing image: a neat row of commuter airliners lined up across a white ground, each painted in the livery of its own partner airline. The point was that a ticket from a small-town airport could link seamlessly to Delta's big jets. The artist is not recorded on our copy. It is a rare graphic record of the start of a program that still shapes regional flying today.
