David Klein made the Golden Gate Bridge the whole frame of this San Francisco poster: one International Orange tower and its cables rise against a bright yellow sky, with sailboats, the bay and the hills of the city glimpsed below and a plane passing overhead. "SAN FRANCISCO" is lettered in tall blue capitals with a red "Fly TWA." Dealers date it from the late 1950s to around 1960. Klein (1918–2005) was the artist behind TWA's best-known destination posters.
