Frank Soltesz's "Fly the Finest" poster from the early 1950s is a portrait of TWA's Lockheed Constellations, seen from beneath the famous triple tails with their red stripes as passengers board another Connie on the ramp below. The Smithsonian's National Air and Space Museum, which holds a copy, identifies the airplane in the foreground as a Super Constellation named "Star of the Rhine." It is a classic piece from TWA's propeller era, when the Constellation was the airline's flagship.
