A grey Airbus A310 flies across a cream background with "A310" above and the red INTERFLUG name and crane-in-flag emblem below. Interflug, the airline of East Germany, was founded in 1958 and based at Berlin-Schonefeld. It ordered three A310s in 1988 and received the first on 26 June 1989, just months before the fall of the Berlin Wall, making these Western-built widebodies some of its last new aircraft. Interflug flew its final commercial flight on 30 April 1991.
