A silver twin-engine airliner overflies an olive-gold diamond on this sticker, which invites travelers to Fly Mohawk and promotes its Golden Metropolitan Service. Metropolitan was the name of the Convair 440, and Mohawk added the type in 1958, the same year it moved its base to Oneida County Airport near Utica, New York. The airline had begun in 1945 as Robinson Airlines in Ithaca and took the Mohawk name in 1952. Stickers like this were given to passengers to dress up their bags.
The Gildan 2000, made with 100% U.S. cotton and the latest breakthrough in soft cotton technology, the Gildan Ultra Cotton family has been remastered for improved printability, quality, and comfort you can see and feel.
