Northern Consolidated Airlines was formed in Anchorage on May 8, 1947, under Ray Petersen, combining several Alaskan bush operators, and merged with Wien on April 1, 1968, to form Wien Consolidated Airlines. Airlines handed out stickers like this for passengers to put on their luggage.
