Three green swallows rise above a slanted navy Ozark Air Lines wordmark on this round cream sticker. The birds were Ozark's emblem of punctuality, a reference to the swallows that reliably return to Mission San Juan Capistrano each March, and they first appeared on the airline's 1959 F-27 livery. Ozark flew from its St. Louis Lambert hub from 1950 until TWA took it over in October 1986. Passengers received stickers like this to put on their bags, and the swallows traveled with them.
