Rather than a passenger label, this teal Panair do Brasil sticker was made for parcels. A winged hand holds up a package beneath a small airliner, ringed by the words Padrao do Transporte Aereo Nacional, with ENCOMENDA (parcel) and Servico de Expresso Aereo Panair below. Panair began in 1929 as NYRBA do Brasil, took the Panair name in 1930 after Pan American bought NYRBA, and was based in Rio de Janeiro. Brazil's military government suspended its certificate in February 1965, ending the airline.
