This practical baggage label has lines for the traveller's name, address, country and telephone, printed in English, French and Dutch over a giant pale-blue Sabena wordmark. The trilingual layout suits the Belgian national airline, whose full name was Societe anonyme belge d'Exploitation de la Navigation aerienne. Sabena began operations in 1923 and flew from Brussels until it went into liquidation in November 2001, its assets partly passing to SN Brussels Airlines, the forerunner of today's Brussels Airlines.
