A Ford Trimotor, the corrugated-metal workhorse of early American air travel, fills this vintage-style poster art for Stout Air Lines, with fares listed to Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Detroit and Chicago. This is a modern restoration-style design, and its original artist and date are not recorded. The airline was founded by William Bushnell Stout, the engineer whose all-metal designs led to the Trimotor after Henry Ford bought his aircraft company. Stout began scheduled passenger flights from Detroit in 1926, and in 1929 the line was acquired by United Aircraft and Transport, becoming part of what grew into United Air Lines.

The Gildan 2000, made with 100% U.S. cotton and the latest breakthrough in soft cotton technology, the Gildan Ultra Cotton family has been remastered for improved printability, quality, and comfort you can see and feel.
