A striking red-and-white roundel for Trans Atlantic Airways, built around a stylized eagle's head inside a circle, with a long streamlined wing sweeping out to the right. The initials TAA crown the top and the full name wraps around the lower edge. The design is pure mid-century graphic confidence, made to be read across a crowded baggage hall. Airlines gave out stickers like this for passengers to put on their luggage. Little is recorded today about the carrier itself, so the sticker is presented here simply as the striking piece of design it is.
