A big italic T in black, shadowed by a bright green outline, fills this white sticker above the words Transavia Holland. That was the airline's original brand when it began flying in November 1966, its first commercial trip an Amsterdam to Naples charter. The Transavia Holland name gave way to Transavia Airlines in 1986, which places this sticker in the airline's earlier decades. Shipping group Nedlloyd held most of the company until KLM bought its stake in 1991, and Transavia is today part of Air France-KLM. Airlines handed out stickers like this for passengers to put on their luggage.
