David Klein's 1960s StarStream poster looks up at the tail of a TWA jet — a white fin carrying the American flag and the red-and-gold TWA twin-globe emblem, with "StarStream" lettered near its base — while a second jet streaks across the deep blue sky trailing four white contrails. It needs no destination at all; it sells the jet age itself. Klein (1918–2005) created TWA's best-known posters of the period.
