A complete collection of aircrafts flown by the Blue Angels flight demonstration squadron over the years. They started in 1946 with a trio of F-6F-5 Hellcats, upgraded to the F8F-1 Bearcat. They transitioned to the F9F-2 Panther in 1949, followed by the F-9F-6 Cougar, and the F11F-1 Tiger. In 1969, they used the F-4J Phantom II, then the A-4F Skyhawk II. On their 40th anniversary in 1986, they unveiled the F/A-18 Hornet, which they use to this day.
